We're not a large faceless company. We're a tight-knit local team that takes pride in every job — from a single stop/slow bat operation to a fully managed multi-controller deployment. Every controller we put on site holds a current TfNSW Traffic Controller Certificate and operates in full compliance with Austroads and AS 1742.3 standards.

Meet the Director.
Elli Johnston brings over a decade of hands-on experience in the traffic, road, and rail sectors, underpinned by a lifetime immersed in the industry through her family's long-standing presence in road traffic control and rail operations.
As Managing Director of HKH Traffic Management, Elli leads the business with a practical, safety-first approach — overseeing traffic control operations, planning, and compliance across NSW in line with TfNSW and Austroads standards.
Prior to founding HKH, Elli served as Managing Director of World Wide Waste (trading as CSC Waste) for five years, building valuable experience in operational leadership and business management before exiting the company in 2019.
Her background spans traffic management planning, project coordination, and a deep understanding of the regulatory and on-ground demands of construction and infrastructure environments — making her a trusted name for contractors, councils, and project teams alike.
